Glenn Hamby, P.T.

Glenn Hamby is a Physical Therapist with over twenty years of experience. Glenn specializes in spine and sport injuries. He received his physical therapy degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1995. He worked at MCG Hospital for 2 years before moving to Albany where he and his wife, Karen, now reside.

Glenn is very involved with the athletic community and enjoys working in an active environment. He is a McKenzie certified spine specialist who emphasizes in his treatment – postural education, strengthening, manual therapy, and body mechanics to enable the patient to return to a healthy lifestyle.


Suzanne Wilson, P.T.

Suzanne graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Medical College of Georgia in 1992 with a BS in Physical Therapy. Upon graduation, she worked at Palmyra Sports Medicine Center until 1995 when she transitioned to GoodLife Rehab. At GoodLife, she served as the Center Coordinator for Clinical Instruction (CCCI) until 2002. Since 2002, Suzanne has served as the supervisor of the PT department at MSA. She specializes in general orthopedic problems and continues to work in the clinic alongside a great team of colleagues. She is passionate about treating the whole person, not just the person's pain. Suzanne is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia.


Brock Simmons, D.P.T.

Brock earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Behavior at the University of Georgia in 2006. He graduated with honors from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science in 2009 earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Brock has experience in home health and outpatient orthopedics. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia.

Brock and his wife, Lindsey, reside in Leesburg with their son, Floyd, and two dogs, Hunter and Sister. Brock enjoys golf, swimming, yoga, and staying physically active.


Jason Martin, P.T.

Jason graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2005. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from North Georgia College and State University in 2009. He works closely with physicians at MSA developing therapy protocols and performing patient evaluations to determine appropriate care plans.

Jason is Sportsmetrics, First Aid, and CPR Certified and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He has experience in treating vestibular dysfunctions that include balance, gait abnormality, and vertigo. He enjoys PCP Racing, a local cycling team that promotes teamwork, community stewardship and healthy lifestyle choices.
